Early bird registration begins at 6.00pm on the 1𝑠𝑡 December, and runs until the 23rd January.

Entry is reduced to just £45 (+processing fees) during the early bird period.

All players will require 2026 EDGA membership to participate at this event, for which details will be published in the new year.

Doubles: Flex start doubles will run alongside practice through Friday

Round 1: Tee Times begin from 8:50am

Round 2: Tee times begin from 12.50am

CTP Challenge: Begins at 4.00pm

Evening Social: Burgers, drinks and the famous Cotswold View quiz, from 5.30pm.

Sunday 22nd March

Round 2: Tee times continue from 8.50am for select divisions

Round 3: Tee times begin from 10.00am

Prize ceremony: Awards from 4.00pm

Location

The Cotswolds Cup takes place in the heart of Oxfordshire, surrounded by the rolling hills and woodland of the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The venue is just outside Charlbury, within easy reach of Oxford, Chipping Norton, and Woodstock.

The closest major airports are Birmingham Airport (1hr15), London Heathrow (1hr30), and London Luton (1hr40).

The site is easily accessible by car, with free on-site parking available.

Tournament facilities, accommodation, and dining options are available at the course, making it simple to relax and enjoy the full event experience for those staying on-site.

 

 FAQs

  • Toilet facilities are available at the Old Shed café, alongside two temporary options at the first tee and after hole 4 / 17

  • Cotswold View have a camping license that limits the number of open weekends. As one of the most played in the country, we’d rather not close the course for the hundreds of camping guests over the summer.

    The camping pods, cottages and BnB are all open across the Cotswolds Cup weekend. Check them out here!

  • We would like to release the caddy book one month in advance, but this will depend on the progress of further course developments!

  • The Cotswolds Cup is a for-profit event with paid staff.

  • The Cotswolds Cup will follow the PDGA withdrawal policy for all refunds.
